Become a Sponsored Project

Please complete the webform below to initiate the Discovery process, which is the first stage in applying to be a TAPAZ sponsored project. This three-step process includes:

  1. Complete the Discovery intake form below (this is not an application for fiscal sponsorship, simply the first step). You will receive an email in 72 hours of submitting the form, which will prompt you to schedule a consultation with Kelsey Otten, Assistant Director of Partner Engagement to discuss fiscal sponsorship through TAPAZ. Based on that conversation, you will receive an email with next steps. If fiscal sponsorship is recommended, a link to the application will be provided to you.
  2. Complete the fiscal sponsorship application;
  3. Complete the insurance form.

The application process takes an average of 3 months, though actual length of time varies. Please note that all applications for fiscal sponsorship are vetted by our TAPAZ staff and then must be approved by the Fiscal Sponsorship Committee of the TAPAZ/Vitalyst Board of Trustees. Our committee convenes on a quarterly basis, with the FY22-23 meeting taking place in August 2022, November 2022, February 2023, and May 2023. To allow for sufficient time to prepare application materials, note the below submission deadlines:

August Meeting: Applications are due by COB June 9, 2023.
November Meeting: Applications are due by COB September 1, 2023.
February Meeting: Applications are due by COB December 8, 2023.
May Meeting: Applications are due by COB March 8, 2024.
