Our free programs:
- Monthly Career Readiness Webinars: The purpose of the free career readiness-building sessions is to build job seeker skills, determination, and confidence. Sessions include resume writing, interview techniques, networking strategies, and leveraging online tools for job search. LinkedIn refresh, resume review, career, and financial coaching are featured in topic-centered breakout rooms.
- Career Exploration and Hiring Events: Job seekers engage directly with hiring managers, recruiters, and industry professionals. Events include networking, career path discovery, and connections with supportive services that help participants overcome barriers that limit employment opportunities.
- Tailored demographic-focused initiatives serving veterans, diversity initiatives, high schools and colleges, second chance impacted, laid off employees, refugees and Arizona’s workforce at large. Our customized job search programs and hiring events are tailored to the unique needs of each demographic we serve.
- Project / Grant Initiatives: We support various grant programs to assist people with job search.
