Arizona American Indian Integrated Care Forum
Arizona American Indian Integrated Care Forum provides a forum for statewide discussion and advocacy on AZ American Indian Behavioral Health services. The Planning Committee plans all aspects of the sponsorship to include development of the agenda, securing of speakers, securing of the host conference center, and financial sponsors. The inspiration behind this is the need for improved behavioral health services for the AZ American Indian communities. The primary community gaps the Forums addresses are the lack of behavioral health services information (federal, state and tribal), and the lack of opportunity to network with statewide partners and colleagues. Tribal and urban Indian front-line behavioral health workers and their supervisors will be better informed about federal, state and tribal behavioral health programs that will enhance their ability to provide improved services to their clients/patients.
